Flood Watch in Effect Until Midnight
A flood watch is in effect until midnight tonight, according to the National Weather Service.
Between two and four inches of rain are possible in the area, with higher amounts possible, according to a National Weather Service flood watch.
"Flooding would first occur in low-lying and poor drainage areas, followed by quick responding creeks and streams, then followed by larger rivers," the flood watch states.
The Schuylkill and Delaware Rivers are not forecast to flood at this time, according to the watch.

A tornado warning issued by the NWS earlier this afternoon is no longer in effect.
