MilkBoy Camera Crew Takes Pulse on ‘Coffee Culture’
Day and night, there's been plenty going on of late at the corner of Cricket and Lancaster in Ardmore.
If you think you’ve been seeing and hearing a lot about the house lately, you’re not imagining things. First there were consistent protests in front of the Ardmore location by union carpenters from Center City, where MilkBoy plans a third location. Then there was MilkBoy’s roll-with-the-punches, tongue-in-cheek .
So you might not have been very surprised to see a film crew at Cricket and Lancaster Wednesday morning. It wasn’t a TV news crew. It was MilkBoy’s own employees.
“We’re asking people random questions about coffee shop culture and trying to get candid answers for the camera,” answered Joanna Simon, assistant creative director at MilkBoy Communications, when asked what was up.
