Sun Valley Pizza owner Ted Pappas still has hope of reopening his Montgomery Avenue location, where he spent 14 years.
A September fire. An October hurricane. Perhaps Ted Pappas' new neighbors should prepare for a November landslide, if the elements keep attacking his Sun Valley Pizza restaurant. "It's been a frustrating month," Pappas told Patch Friday morning from Sun Valley's Bryn Mawr location that opened Oct. 20. "But it's so nice to know that people are standing behind me." Pappas opened Sun Valley Pizza 14 years ago on Montgomery Avenue in Narberth. On Sept. 19, the pizzeria and catering business abruptly closed after a fire in the basement, and Pappas had to expedite a decision he was already facing.
