I have never believed in personal trainers but Vertex changed my mind. The high intensity of their sessions are geared towards your fitness level and are more effective than hours at the gym. Vertex is great for people looking for an effective session that builds strength but does not take hours out of your day. While the workout is strenuous it is safe and more than does the job!

Vertex Fitness is a great place. They have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff dedicated to promoting, maintaining, and helping you achieve your fitness goals. Their one-on-one personal training is phenomenal. This is a great place to come in a great an awesome workout without taking hours out of your day. I recommend this Personal Training Studio to everyone.

If you're looking for a great new place to shed those holiday pounds or uncover your leaner, more fit twin, then Vertex is a great place to start. Sound fitness techniques and philosophy, intensively-trained staff, and an efficient circuit of quality machines add up to a solid workout that will only take about an hour and a half of your week (30 min, 3x week)—leaving you zero excuses to say "there's not enough time." And, consistently working out with a trainer ensures that you're pushing yourself at all times, maintaining form and most importantly, avoiding injury. It's worth the money on many levels, and even if you're on a budget, you can still keep your regular regime and add in a Vertex workout every 3rd or 4th time. That's what I do and it's a really effective way to be thrifty, yet also keep a commitment to yourself and your body in a very safe, informed environment.
Additionally, owner Dwayne Wimmer makes an effort to represent the community at a variety of events, making him a familiar face both in and out of the gym. While some people may not care about this, I personally enjoy frequenting businesses that are connected to the outside world and support other individuals and businesses as well. After all, isn't that one of the goals of working out? To help you shine inside so you can shine outside and feel energetic, and wanting to participate? When the staff at Vertex leave you with, or greet you with, a smile at the gym or anywhere else, it's contagious.
