I have never used these people so I can not give you any feedback on their work.
However we had a neighbor use them and my car was off to the side of the road. Their van felt they could not make it around my car. (it could have easily) I thought a moment that my son left with the car keys. The driver became angry and aggressive at this point. He could have gone around or gotten out the other direction. I did find the keys and moved the car.
The driver followed my car in close distance to my bumper for blocks and blocks an seemed to be trying to ram my car. It was a frightful expierence.
Cops were called and he was let go because he claimed he thought I looked suspicious. Yep, a 60 year old guy with a labradoodle on the the leash and Starbucks cup in hand looked suspcious in Bryn Mawr!
Again I have not used them - but I will not use them come hell or high water! I would never allow someone with that kind of anger issue or temper into my home around my kids and dogs. It was really unprofessional and frightening.
