I have been to Kelly's a few times and I've never had any complaints. The staff are friendly, the food is decent, and the atmosphere is casual. The main floor feels nice and open, and the upper floor is a nice place to get away from the noise.
I only give it four stars because it all just feels very standard. The food is good, but the menu is really just an average selection of bar fare. Still, I'm glad we have Kelly's in this neighborhood. Sometimes it's nice just to go to a normal bar.
