Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30.  The course will start at Motivation Fitness West Conshohocken, and take participants around the immediate area while performing a variety of exercises, and end up back at the club for a cool down and stretch.  Looking for motivation? Looking to exercise with friends? Looking for results?  Come take on the challenge and have fun doing it.


Everyone is welcome!  First class is free.
