Ludington Library Holding Local Author Fair

The event will be a great opportunity to 'buy local.'

The following was provided to Patch:

Ludington Library is pleased to announce our first-ever Local Author Fair on Saturday, December 7th. This will be a terrific opportunity for local authors to talk with our patrons about their work.

This event will also be a great “buy local” gift opportunity!  We will be hosting two sessions, each featuring about a dozen different authors from a wide variety of genres.

Offerings include biographies of architect Louis I. Kahn and Philadelphia Orchestra harpist Edna Phillips, books about the increasingly popular subject of mindfulness, cookbooks, suspense novels, and even books for teens. Camille Sweeney and Josh Gosfield will be there in support of their business/self-help book "The Art of Doing,” which has been featured in Forbes, Fast Company, and The New York Times, among other publications.

The morning session will take place from 10 a.m. to noon, and the afternoon session will be from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

We hope this will be a great opportunity to showcase the talent that can be found around the Main Line!
