Harriton Association Annual Meeting and Lecture

The Annual Meeting and lecture is open to the Membership of the Harriton Association and the public on a "space available" basis (NOTE: RESERVATIONS REQUIRED).  The 2011 Annual Meeting will be held Sunday afternoon, May 15, 2011 beginning at 4:30 PM in the Education Center at Harriton House.   This year's annual meeting speaker is James Lewars, Administrator of the Landis Valley Farm Museum in Lancaster County, Pa.  Mr Lewars will address his remarks to the relevance of agricultural historic sites to our modern lifestyle and what these sites can teach us about our food supply.  He will make special reference to the Heirloom Seed Project at Landis Valley.
