Bryn Mawr College President to Match Senior Class Gift Donations Until Graduation
President Jane McAuliffe said she would match donations dollar for dollar.
Jane McAuliffe, who became the president of four years ago, said she would match class gift contributions from seniors now through commencement.
The Bryn Mawr class gift tradition started in 1990 Gifts to the college make up 38 percent of its operating budget, according to the college's website.
Students who donate $20.12 or more will receive a Bryn Mawr engraved pint glass, according to the site.

The Class of 2011 had the highest rate of participation to the senior gift at 84 percent.
