Calling all Bryn Mawr, Narberth and local residents -- what do you think would be a good business for this location?

Located at the corner of Lancaster and Warner Avenues, this retail space features 4,000 square feet.

It's unclear as to how much the rent would be, but a sign in the window tells those interested to call 610-888-1257.
