Big Properties May be Redeveloped in Bryn Mawr

A prominent commercial corner and an apartment complex are on the market.

Five buildings and a parking lot that make up a prominent corner in Bryn Mawr have been put on the market.

According to Binswanger Management Corporation, which has been retained by Main Line Realty Corporation and Glenbrook Real Estate Associates, the properties will be available for purchase through a sealed bid process.

There are various retail and commercial buildings situated on the site being sold by two separate owners, according to Binswanger. An adjacent parking lot "may be offered directly through Radnor Township," according to a sales flyer.

Main Line Realty Corporation is also selling a multi-family site consisting of three buildings located on a total of 1.45 acres along Old Lancaster Road in Bryn Mawr. On the property is a 24-unit, garden-style, apartment complex. The complex, built in 1960, consists of 24 two-bedroom with one bath units on
a 1.1 acre parcel, according to Binswanger.

There is also a medical office building offered adjacent to the apartments. "Both parcels would combine to form a rare 1.45 acre site in downtown," a sales flyer reads.
