Lower Merion Meeting Preview: City Ave. Rezoning Workshop Monday Night

Lower Merion Township is holding another City Avenue Rezoning Workshop Monday evening at 6:30 p.m., to "review amendments to the Regional Center Area and the Bala Cynwyd Retail District" as detailed in the revised June 9, 2011 ordinance drafted by the Township Board of Commissioners.

Also on the agenda for the workshop is a discussion on FAR (floor area ratio, for zoning purposes and, later, developors), height, and "density incentive provisions."
