Historical Commission to Review Two-Story Additions in Bryn Mawr

Lower Merion Township's Historical Commission will review two proposals for two-story additions in Bryn Mawr homes at its meeting Monday. It will also review one in Villanova.

A conditional use request to construct a new two-car detached garage and a front porch that encroach into the required 50 foot front yard setback.

310 Fishers Road, Pembroke Farms Lodge,

Class 2, Bryn Mawr — 2013-R-6
A proposal to construct a two-story addition on the rear of the existing home.

1200 Spring Mill Road, Mt Pleasant,
Class 2, Villanova — 2013-R-8
A proposal to demolish an existing addition from the rear of the home, demolish the existing detached garage and shed and construct a new two-story addition and a new three car garage.
