Shots Fired on Simpson Road in Ardmore, Police Say
Police are investigating an incident where three gunshots were fired on Sunday.
Lower Merion Police confirmed reports that gunshots were fired in the 200 block of Simpson Road in Ardmore at around 5 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 5.
Police said that the believe a total of three shots were fired, but that they are investigating the issue.
A crime alert issued on Sunday by the township said that a vehicle was seen fleeing the area after the shots were heard.
The Main Line Times reports that the car seen fleeing on Sunday was later found in Upper Darby Township abandoned.
