Police: Man Charged With Rosemont DUI
The driver was pulled over for speeding, Lower Merion police said.
A Drexel Hill man was arrested early Sunday morning and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol in Rosemont, Lower Merion police said Monday afternoon.
Orlando Rodriguez, 22, was pulled over for speeding on Lancaster Avenue near Montrose Avenue about 2:15 a.m. Sunday, police said.
A breath test showed Rodriguez' blood alcohol level was 0.144, police said.
