Police Blotter: Two Men Charged With Public Intoxication

The following information has been supplied by the Lower Merion Police Department. If arrests or charges are mentioned, they do not indicate guilt or a conviction.

On Monday afternoon,  reported to news media the following crimes and incidents from the Bryn Mawr-Gladwyne Patch area in the past week:

Public intoxication, underage drinking: Gerard Rosenberger, 20, of Morris and Montgomery avenues in Bryn Mawr was cited about 2:15 a.m. Sept. 24 after police said he was found lying on a Lancaster Avenue sidewalk near Merion Avenue and carrying a fake New Jersey drivers license. Rosenberger's blood alcohol content registered 0.25, police said.

Public intoxication: Scott Culin, 22, of Wilmington was cited and taken to  about 2:45 a.m. Sept. 25 after being found unconscious on the sidewalk on the unit block of East Lancaster Avenue in Ardmore.
