Police Blotter: Cash, Laptop, Lithographs Stolen; One Cited with Public Drunkenness

From Lower Merion Township Police reports released March 21.

Theft: Cash and a laptop were stolen from an unlocked dorm room in Pennswood Hall at Harcum College overnight between March 15 and 16, police said. No one was seen or heard, police said.


Public drunkenness: Police responded to a call reporting a disturbance at the corner of Roberts Road and Reese Avenue in Bryn Mawr at 12:55 a.m. on March 19. Police said Andrew Hough, of the 1000 block of Reese Avenue, confronted a man outside after the man was talking loudly on his cell phone. Hough was charged with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct, police said.


Burglary: Police said there was a burglary on the 1300 block of Meadowbank Road in Villanova sometime between Feb. 26 and March 20. Police said several lithographs were stolen and a window had been broken out. No one was seen or heard, police said.
