Police Blotter: Burglary in Villanova, Public Drunkenness in Rosemont

The following information has been supplied by the Lower Merion Police Department. If arrests or charges are mentioned, they do not indicate guilt or a conviction.

On Monday afternoon, Lower Merion police reported to news media the following crimes and incidents from the past week:

Burglary: Sometime between Sept. 8 and Sept. 13, a thief trespassed a construction site on the 1000 block of Spring Mill Road in Villanova, police said. Stolen was a DeWalt dual-tank air compressor valued at $375. 

Public drunkenness: Police were summoned to by security personnel there on Sept. 16, near midnight, regarding a possible alcohol overdose. Arrested was Nia Queen Bebe Hall, 18, of Felton, DE, who was taken to , police said. She was issued citations for underage drinking and public drunkenness. It was not disclosed if she is a student at Rosemont.
