Police Blotter: Burglary in Gladwyne, Drunkenness in Bryn Mawr

Police reported last week's crimes Monday afternoon.

Lower Merion Township police reported a series of crimes and incidents Monday afternoon in a weekly briefing to news media.

A home on the 200 block of Righters Mill Road in Gladwyne is missing jewelry after a burglary Wednesday, police said. It appeared an exterior door to the living room had been forced open.

Police in Bryn Mawr made two separate arrests for public drunkenness within 15 minutes late Saturday night.

About 11:45 p.m., Andrew DiLoreto, 24, of New York, N.Y., was arrested on the 1100 block of Lancaster Avenue.

Then, just before midnight, Bryn Mawr resident Robert Cimino, 49, was arrested after stumbling into the street on the 900 block of Lancaster Avenue, police said.
