Police Blotter: 18-Year-Olds Cited For Disorderly Conduct

The following information has been supplied by the Lower Merion Police Department. If arrests or charges are mentioned, they do not indicate guilt or a conviction.

On Monday afternoon,  reported to news media the following incidents from the past week:

Public drunkenness: About 12:55 a.m. Wednesday at Lancaster Avenue and Roberts Road in Bryn Mawr, police arrested Steven Kincade, 26, of the 100 block of Fairfax Road in Rosemont. Police said Kincade mistook a police car for a taxi and tried to get in the back seat. Kincade's blood alcohol content tested 0.128.

Disorderly conduct: Two 18-year-olds were charged with disorderly conduct, underage drinking and public drunkenness about 1:15 a.m. Saturday at the on Montgomery Avenue in Bryn Mawr. Police said Christopher Gough of Sicklerville, PA, and Alberto Solana of Hayward, CA, were found urinating on pillars of the building. Gough fled, then struggled when caught by the officer, who forced him to the ground, police said. Gough was also charged with carrying false identification. He refused a breath test of blood alcohol content; Solana tested at 0.23, police said.

Disorderly conduct: Jacob Abramowitz, 24, of Wayne was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication about 2:20 a.m. Sunday after, police said, he was pushing people in front of in Bryn Mawr.
