Obscene Graffiti Mars Bryn Mawr Doors, Police Say

Two commercial buildings were vandalized Nov. 12-13.

Drawings of male genitalia appeared on the front doors of two Bryn Mawr buildings last week, Lower Merion police said Monday afternoon.

Sometime between noon Monday, Nov. 12 and 3 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 13, the vandal or vandals struck with a black marker at 1029 W. Lancaster Ave. and 4 N. Warner Ave.

The Lancaster Avenue building, currently under renovation by Whistler Properties, is the former location of the State of Grace boutique and more recently has been home to ABL Appliance Service.
