DUI Charge for Gladwyne Woman, Police Say

The stop happened about 11:45 p.m. Thursday.

Lower Merion police on Monday reported to media the following incidents from the past week in the Bryn Mawr-Gladwyne Patch area:

DUI: A 45-year-old Gladwyne woman was charged Thursday with driving under the influence, police said. An officer pulled over a vehicle about 11:45 p.m. at Morris Avenue and Waverly Road after, police said, the driver crossed the center line and swerved back. The driver's blood-alcohol content registered 0.09.

Public intoxication: A 22-year-old female Villanova student was cited about 1:20 a.m. Saturday after refusing to leave Kelly's, police said.

Disorderly conduct, underage drinking: A 19-year-old female Villanova student was cited early Monday morning after being seen urinating in an alley behind the 1100 block of Lancaster Avenue, police said. Her blood alcohol content registered 0.13.

Public intoxication, underage drinking: A 19-year-old male Villanova student was cited after police saw him drinking a Bud Light can at Lancaster and Montrose avenues, police said. His blood alcohol content registered 0.15.
