DUI
A 41-year-old King of Prussia man was cited for driving under the influence at 2:05 a.m. on March 29. Police stopped the man’s car at Montgomery Avenue at Spring Mill Lane for speeding, and upon speaking with the driver observed a strong odor of alcohol, according to the report. The man was arrested and taken to headquarters, where he refused to submit to a blood alcohol content test. He will be charged with driving under the influence and related traffic offenses, police said.

Burglary
Homeowners on the 1500 block of Spring Mill Lane, who had been gone from March 22 to March 28, returned home at 2 p.m. March 28 to find their home lightly ransacked, police said. Force had been applied to the first floor of the home, and a small amount of jewelry was missing from the residence, according to the police report.
