OD, DUI and Fires: Bryn Mawr's Police Calls

89 neighborhood incidents were recorded in the week ending Feb. 3.

Lower Merion police responded to 89 incidents in the Bryn Mawr neighborhood in the week ending Sunday, Feb. 3, according to LMPD statistics.

A list of those incidents is attached to this article, sorted by type. Incident descriptions do not necessarily indicate arrests or convictions.

  • 11 alarm activations
  • 1 drug overdose, at 6:25 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 2 on the 800 block of West Lancaster Avenue
  • 1 DUI arrest, at 12:35 p.m. Friday, Feb. 1 on the 900 block of West Lancaster Avenue
  • 3 accidental or faulty fire alarms or fire investigations
  • 2 fires: one at 2:55 p.m. Monday, Jan. 28 on the 600 block of Carisbrooke Road, and one at 4:20 p.m. Friday, Feb. 1 on the 800 block of West Montgomery Avenue
  • 19 traffic offenses
  • 5 car crashes with property damage
  • 1 report of suspicious circumstances
