The winning entry will be featured in an upcoming issue of Reader’s Digest and the winning town will be featured on the cover. The contest is part of Reader’s Digest "We Hear You America" campaign.
Last year’s winning town was Lake City, IA, whose residents rallied together to win $50,000 for a new community swimming pool.
