We know how important it is to take time out for ourselves, yet we so often put ourselves last on our long to-do list. This March, carve out time in your schedule just for you with one of Main Line School Night’s health and well-being classes.

Instead of turning to the medicine cabinet to treat common ailments such as headaches, digestive problems, insomnia, stress and anxiety, learn how to treat yourself with pressure points and other self-care tips in Treat Your Common Ailments with Acupressure. Andrea Tarka, licensed acupuncturist, will teach you how to improve your health, well-being and overall quality of life the natural way. This 2 week class begins Wednesday, March 13 at 6:30 pm at Harriton High School.

Interested in changing undesired behavior or habits or, conversely, strengthen positive behaviors and habits? In Hypnosis and Meditation, Larry Snyder, of the National Guild of Hypnotists, will lead you through an exciting journey using sound technology to enter into a deep meditative state. This 3 week class, which includes 2 CDs for your home use, begins Thursday, March 14 at 7pm at Surrey Services, 28 Bridge Avenue in Berwyn.
