There are four open houses scheduled for the weekend of Dec. 15-16 in the Bryn Mawr-Gladwyne area, according to listings on AOL Real Estate.

The area's most expensive house that is showing this weekend is located at 608 Beech Hill Road in Gladwyne, and is listed at $849,500.

Homebuyers might want to check out 1100 County Line Road in Bryn Mawr, which is listed at $419,900.
