According to the listings on AOL Real Estate, 1476 Wesleys Run in Gladwyne will be open the weekend of April 15 and is currently listed at $1,599,000.
Another $1 million house, 1451 County Line Road in Bryn Mawr, will be open later in the month. The five-bedroom, four-bathroom house is listed at $1,175,000.
