Report: Gladwyne, Villanova the Richest Parts of Philly Area

The two richest ZIP codes, and three of the top 10, in the Philadelphia area are part of the Bryn Mawr-Gladwyne Patch coverage area, according to a report from Philly.com.
An average household income in Gladwyne (19035) is $322,586, tops in the region, the website reported.
Villanova (19085) is the runner-up with an average income of $266,226.

Coming in fifth is Bryn Mawr (19010), where the average income, $148,022, is less than half that of Gladwyne.
Last year, Business Week ranked Gladwyne the seventh-richest ZIP code in the United States.
