Restorative Yoga

Verge Restorative Yoga is an all-levels, slow moving and non-heated class using props and long holds to open the body in a more passive way.

This class is deeply relaxing and is a perfect complement to a more active practice. In Verge Restorative Yoga, supine and seated poses are held for an extended period of time allowing the body to completely surrender. Using props such as blankets, blocks, straps, cushions, a wall, and bolsters allow the body to surrender to gravity, adding to the restorative aspect of this class. You will leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and revitalized. Please bring an eye cushion or towel for final resting pose.
