Viewfinder: Santa Comes To Bryn Mawr
The Bryn Mawr Fire Co. delivered Santa to a host of children.
Parents and children filled the gazebo adjacent to on Friday evening to see the lighted Christmas tree and greet Santa Claus upon his arrival. While waiting for Santa, those who came enjoyed free snacks and hot chocolate supplied by , a Bryn Mawr business whose speciality is bake-at-home pizza and cookies. The B Flats singing group of the was on hand to sing carols and Christmas songs. At 7:30 when Santa arrived, the event took on a new sound, cheers from a joyous group of children who crowded around him waiting for the moment when they would get to give him the wish list of presents. The event, organized by the Bryn Mawr Civic Association, certainly made the small ones very happy. Take a look at to see what went on.
