  • When/Where: Open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, and 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, at 920 Montgomery Ave., Narberth.
  • Why Go: The famous French chef and owner of Le Bec-Fin has invaded Narberth. Try some authentic French pastries, an open-faced sandwich, or other breakfast and lunch items. Check out the and .
  • Cost: Depends. Pastries will run you a few bucks, lunch sandwiches under $10, and some offerings are a little more expensive. View prices by downloading the pdf menu on the bakery's website.

2. Bryn Mawr Twilight Concert Series: David Wilcox w/ SEVE

  • When/Where: 7 p.m. on Saturday, June 11 at The Bryn Mawr Gazebo, 9 S. Bryn Mawr Ave.
  • Why Go: Enjoy North Carolina-based singer/songwriter David Wilcox as well as musical act SEVE at the second week of Bryn Mawr's Twilight Concert Series. Feel free to bring lawn chairs and blankets to enjoy the music. Parking for the concert is free, and the concert will be held outdoors, rain or shine.
  • Cost: Donation is $10 per person, children ages 16 and younger are free

3. 3rd Annual Run for Our Schools

  • When/Where: 7:45 a.m. is check-in, 9 a.m. is 5K race, 10 a.m. is Track Trot, on Sunday June 12 at Harriton High School
  • Why Go: The event benefits the Education Foundation of Lower Merion and features a 5K run, 1.5 mile walk, a "Track Trot" for runners under age 7, and a Fitness Fair featuring area vendors. Cash prizes to the top winners, and trophies for LMSD schools with the highest participation rates.
  • Cost: Registration fees are $20 for the 5K, $10 for the Track Trot


4. Lower Merion Players Present: Blank Pages, an Original Student Play

  • When/Where: 7 p.m. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and 3 p.m. on Saturday at Lower Merion High School's Black Box Theater
  • Why Go: Players' fourth production of the year was written by LMHS senior David Silberthau, offering an original view of Anne Frank. It earned the second place prize in this year's Philadelphia Young Playwrights competition.
  • Cost: $10

5. Liv Lombardi w/ Amanda Penecale at MilkBoy Coffee

  • When/Where: 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 11 at MilkBoy Coffee
  • Why Go: Enjoy singer/songwriters Liv Lombardi and Amanda Penecale at MilkBoy on Saturday night. Check out Lombardi's folky acoustic songs here and Penecale's here.
  • Cost: Free
