Parole Official speaks at Bryn Mawr Rotary

Mark Carey, Director of the Parole Boards for Chester, Delaware and Montgomery Counties spoke to the Bryn Mawr Rotary Club last Monday evening. Mark related some of the problems facing the incarcerated as they move towards parole. He also told the Rotary Club of the decisions the local parole boards must make and the fact that today the parolees are monitored by braceklets with a GPS imbedded.
