Office Administrator/Customer Service Rep position.
We are a growing Water, Fire and Mold Remediation company looking to hire an office professional. This is a starting position that could lead to office management

Essential Duties:

- Meet and greet Customers.
- Answer phones, make calls and route calls
- Manage calendars and appointments.
- Perform office other duties as asked.
- Maintain client database

Job Qualifications:

-Customer Service Experience.
-Must have experience with Word and Excel,
- Experience with ACT’s CMS, Constant Contact, Xactimate, Adobe, Webpress,
-Up beat personality
-Great communication skills.
- Water & Fire Remediation Experience a Big Plus
