'Teen Crib' Asking Price Slashed

Curbed Philly reports the owners of the Gladwyne home, on the market for $3.8 million, once sought $17 million.

A Gladwyne mansion that once hosted MTV's 'Teen Cribs' is on the market for a drastically reduced asking price, Curbed Philly reported this week.

The Pouls family are asking $3.8 million for 1211 Mirabeau Lane, a 6-bedroom, 10-bathroom home on 1.9 acres, according to AOL Real Estate.

Curbed Philly reports the asking price was once $17 million, $5 million less than what the house was built for in 1998. Most recently, the owners had sought $6.9 million, according to the report.
