Main Point Books Comes to Bryn Mawr

A new book store will soon open in Bryn Mawr.

Main Point Books, a new book store that will open in Bryn Mawr, was born out of a love for reading.

Owner Cathy Fiebach said she hopes to fill a void of books stores on the Main Line. New books and gifts will be sold in the newly-renovated 1,700-square-foot space at 1041 West Lancaster Avenue.

"I've always loved reading," said Fiebach, who has a brand management and marketing background.

The native New Yorker has lived in the area for 16 years with her husband, a Penn Valley native.

Customers will be able to purchase e-books as well as paper books. As for facing competition online, Fiebach said, "If you want to be able to browse, you still need a store."
