Kids Eat Local: Tiffin

Find out how kid-friendly Tiffin in Bryn Mawr is.

We know how tough it can be to eat out with little ones. Patch wants to help you know before you walk in the door if Tiffin is a good place to eat with your children.

Restaurant: Tiffin

Is there a kids’ menu? Not officially, but kids will enjoy the samosas, the variety of breads, the onion fritters and the grilled chicken. Chicken tikka masala is also an option which everyone seems to love.

Are there healthy options on the kids’ meal? There are plenty of vegetarian options, and the breads are made fresh with no preservatives. The grilled items use minimal fat.

How does the restaurant deal with food allergies? Alert your server, and they will be as accommodating as they can be.

Is the restaurant so quiet that any childish outburst will draw attention or is there enough noise that a small cry is likely to go unnoticed? It depends on how filled the dining room is.
