Indian Restaurant Expanding to Ardmore

While an official date is yet to be set, Laxmi's Indian Grille will be opening its third location in Ardmore Plaza this summer.

The grille—which started in Manayunk before adding a restaurant in East Falls in February—boasts a robust and moderately priced menu, online ordering, regular specials, and they deliver. 

The owner of Laxmi's, according to a 2011 profile in Roxborough Patch, broke his Indian parents' hearts when he dropped out of medical school to open the restaurant. They probably forgave him when they tried the Tandoori Chicken.

According to Laxmi's Facebook page, the restaurant is currently accepting applications for server and delivery driver positions for the Ardmore location. For more information, contact management at laxmisardmore@gmail.com.
