“This work has created problems for the tenants and owners of [Bryn Mawr] Square because the construction work has blocked one of the driveways to the shopping center,” he wrote.

An open driveway must be maintained at all times during construction, Duncan said. However, the other entrance and exit from the Bryn Mawr Square shopping center is through Town Place, which Duncan described as being less convenient for customers.
