The shelving and steel on the building are up, said Atkins, but the building is not yet enclosed. The 825 Old Lancaster Ave. site, which is located across the street from the Warden Lobby entrance of Bryn Mawr Hospital, used to be a 91-space parking lot used by the hospital for valet parking.

Between the Old Lancaster Avenue parking garage and the 101 S. Bryn Mawr Ave. parking garage that opened in 2009, there should continue to be adequate parking, Atkins said.
