This documentary follows the career of controversial folksinger and unlikely American hero Phil Ochs, examining his activism during the turbulent 1960s and 1970s, his untimely death, and his enduring influence on the cultural and political climate of today. The screening is co-sponsored by the Philadelphia Folksong Society and will be introduced by radio personality Gene Shay, founder of the annual Philadelphia Folk Festival.
