Opportunity To Host Student From China

Have you ever considered hosting an International Student?

High School students from China, grades 9th & 10th, studying at The Shipley School, The Baldwin School and Merion Mercy Academy are in need of host families for the Fall 2014 academic year.  Our students are academically focused with great determination, have exceptional English skills and are eager to live with an American family as they transition into life in the USA. Hosting is a wonderful opportunity for a rich cultural exchange for your family, as students will share their Chinese culture and language while learning about family life in the USA. We are presently interviewing warm and welcoming families.  These schools located on the Main Line have well established programs for students from China who are thriving and embracing the opportunity to study in the USA. 

 Our Well Established & Comprehensive Program Includes:

 1.   Full academic support for the student.

2.   Regular communication with the host family, student, school and family in China from our coordinator for an exceptional experience.

3.   Students have medical insurance, cell phone, computer and their own spending money

4.   Prospective families will Skype with students in China to find the right fit for your family.

5.   Compensation is $1,000.00 per month to the host family.

6.  Transportation is available within a 10 mile radius of your home and the school.
