Belly Pilates provides yoga and Pilates classes for women of all ages and fitness levels. This studio specializes in pre-natal and post-natal yoga, as well as programs to enhance recovery for breast cancer survivors. Small group classes, workshops and hospital visits are also available. Belly Pilates also offers Pilates-based movement, birth doula support, sibling preparation class and infant massage.
