More About Gladwyne Fire Company
Gladwyne Fire Company is a volunteer fire company located on Black Rock Road. Comprised of about 40 volunteer firefighters, the company was incorporated in 1944. The company is home to Ladder 24 and encourages members to take courses at the Montgomery County Fire Academy. Any individual or business that donates $25 or more to the company's fund-drive becomes a member and has the option to vote in January's annual meeting to elect board members.
