Prices Rose in Villanova's February Home Sales

Home Sales in Villanova increased in February compared with the same month in 2012, according to a Prudential Fox and Roach HomeExpert Report.
Five properties were sold in Villanova last month, which is an increase of 150 percent over February 2012 when 2 were sold. The prior year that number was 7.

The median price of properties that did sell last month increased by 17.6 percent from $840,000 to $987,500. In February, 2011, that number was $890,000.
The average days that a home was the market almost doubled from 72 last February to 135 days. In 2011 that number was 175.
