February Chilly for Gladwyne Home Sales

The median sales price held at more than $1 million.

 

Home Sales in Gladwyne fell slightly in February compared with the same month in 2012, according to a Prudential Fox and Roach HomeExpert Report.

Three properties were sold in Gladwyne last month, which is an decrease of 40 percent over February 2012 when 5 were sold. The prior year that number was 1.

Take a look at the three most expensive homes currently on the market in Gladwyne.

The median price of properties that did sell last month decreased by 15.6 percent from $1,350,000 to $1,140,000. In February, 2011, that number was $575,000.

The average days that a home was the market fell from 139 days last February to 20 days. In 2011 that number was 248.
