Bryn Mawr MilkBoy Closes for Renovations, Rebranding

The new coffee shop is expected to reopen in early August.

Bryn Mawr MilkBoy closed its doors July 4 for renovations and should reopen early August under a different name, which has not yet been announced.

Natalia Carignan from Tommy Joyner and Jamie Lokoff, who still own the Ardmore and Philadelphia MilkBoy locations. Carignan signed a five-year lease.

Renovations will include a new floor and painting, Carignan told Patch in March. The shop will continue to serve Counter Culture coffee and the same baked goods, and patrons and students will still receive discounts.
